Michael: may I ask a question of the masters before we begin today?

MayaOhm: Sure, Michael.

Michael: based on the three questions proposed to us last week....where do you see/perceive us at now....where are we going or need to obtain.. and how specifically do we get there or obtain it?

 MayaOhm: Dearest Michael . . . I am experiencing such frivolity and keep getting the message "you're not asking for much, are you?" hehehehehehe

First, your second question is a little fuzzy.  Not sure what you mean by "where" are we going or need to obtain.  I guess you mean "where are we going" and "what do we need to obtain"  . . . is that right.

 Michael: yes...mistyped

 MayaOhm: Okay . . . we're going to answer the last question first. But before we do, we need to remind you that only you know the answer to these questions for yourself.  In other words, the answers to your questions will be different for each Light Bearer. Michael.  The answers that we give Michael will be (or may be) different than the answers we would give another Light Bearer. Each of you are in different spaces . . . at different levels of your journey towards perfection.

There are those (channels, that is) who would attempt to give you exact responses to your question. However . . . that really is not appropriate . .. since you exist in so many different vibrations, and your interconnection with your co-existences is so strong it is impossible for anyone other than the person asking the question to really know the appropriate answer.

 It is for this reason that our responses will seem rather vague. In response to the first question.  Each of you are at completely different stages of your spiritual evolution.  You are ALL very close to transcending the challenges of the Third Dimension and being able to hold on to the fourth dimensional vibrations for very long periods of time. This means that you wil more easily be able to move between the Third and Fifth Dimensions at Will. And . . . the more you "practice" doing this . . . the longer you will be able to hold the higher vibrations and "tap" into that which you already know which will assist you in awakening to ALL that you are.

 With regards to the second question.  Please remember that change is constant, due to the "free choice" of the Earth's Third Dimensional existence.  In order to be totally accurate, all we can say is that you are going wherever you choose to go at any given time during your D existence. While that may sound vague, it IS a very powerful statement, reminding you that you have the power to choose whatever path or "means to an end" that you feel is appropriate and successful in accelerating your process.

 With regards to "what do we need to do"? . . . . That, again, depends on who you are and what your choices are.  The most appropriate answer is to "BE".

Embrace the change that is going on around you. Make your choices based on your unique Paths as Diviners of Harmony and Awakening Avatars. . . Rather than as Music Teachers, Government workers, Computer Specialists, Professors, etc.

 The answer to the third question may sound like the Masters are making fun of you, but it is REALLY the truth. How do we specifically get there?  In any way that you feel will get you there.  There are no steps to take.  It is nothing like what people like Dr. Joshua Stone say . . . .when they say you have to go through certain initiations or take certain steps in certain order.

 You get there by "Being" all that you are and fully embracing your Oneness with ALL.  There will be those who may have never meditated or offered healing or given visions . . . but who live their lives in total "service" who can "get there" way ahead of those who truly believe they are highly evolved because they do the meditations and the healings and see the visions, etc.

 Each of you are essences/aspects/extensions of The One.  You are ALL God's Light.  You are ALL Ascended Masters, Angels, etc. And you each have specific information to share and paths to walk. In order to fully awaken all you must do is "BE" that which you are . . . . Yes . . . vague . . . . that's because only YOU know the answers.  So, at this time it is appropriate to ask ALL of you how you might answer Michael's three questions . . . . .beginning with the first:

 Where are we now? hehehehe . . . Sananda says that its okay to say "I am at where I am at"

 Lahoon: I think as US we are at a higher vibrational stage than last year for example

MayaOhm: Yes, that's very true, Lahoon.  And your vibrational stage is different than any one else's here.  we are all at different stages . . . even though our interconnection is very strong.

 God-Love-Honor-Forever: lol I didnt know how to answer that question

MayaOhm:  Sananda says it is not really as important to know how to answer the question as it is to simply "BE"

 Mimi_Loveandlight: thinking about the way I've gone... I remembered the sentence..."there is no way to happiness, happiness is the way"... does it mean that "happiness" could be the answer to this question? Just a thought :)

MayaOhm: Very good, Mimi . . . . but try saying the same thing and instead of the word "happiness" . . . use the word "enlightenment"

 Lahoon: In the past it required some effort on my part to BE... now however it is more like an effortless effort to BE

MayaOhm: Which, in turn, serves to raise your vibrations, Lahoon and Jesse.

MayaOhm: Yes . . . . "there is no way to enlightenment; enlightenment is the way"

God-Love-Honor-Forever: so the more enlightened you are, the more you love yourself and know yourself? and see your self in others?

 MayaOhm: Well, Jesse . . . . I would probably tend to say "the more enlightened you are, the more you fully embrace the Divine Love of All that IS. (Loving and knowing ourselves IS loving and knowing God).  We keep thinking it's supposed to be the other way around.  We keep thinking that we have to love ourselves before we can understand how to love all that exists . . . but its really the other way around.

 And the same goes for "knowing ourselves."  Once we understand what God is, then we understand who we are. Is that profound?  No, it's really very simple. It's only in the Third Dimension with its illusions of Duality that we get it backwards.  Hehehehehe

 Lahoon: Like your SELF dissolves in the Love of God' sight? You melt into the great sea of energy around and within you and are conscious of it.

MayaOhm: Gosh, there was so much I wanted to share today.  But this information is truly important and everything happens for a Divine Reason.

Michael: Once we fully realize the reflection in the mirror and totally and simply be that reflection, then there is no mirror and only the true one exists

 MayaOhm: We were talking about the Higher Vibrational Chakras and the information I put out a few years back that was way before its time. After quite a bit of research I managed to retrieve enough of the information to be able to share with you . . . a little at a time.  BUT . . . . the information first came to me through the Order of the Emerald Star.  So, before I share the Chakra information, it is necessary to share a little about the Order of the Emerald Star.

 I am in the process of creating the web pages for this.  I was going to share a little about the Order of the Emerald Star, but there really isn't enough time to do that today.  AND . . . . in a conversation I had with Lahoon yesterday I learned of a process from her that is very interesting . . . .It has to do with healing . . . . .

 MayaOhm: And, since that was what we were last discussing and wanted to continue on today . . . .I think we have enough time for Lahoon to share the simple process with everyone here.  BUT . . . FIRST . . . . .before I turn the class over to Lahoon I want to touch on something very, very important.

 Yes . . . I DID go to the websight, Lahoon . . . .I didn't have a lot of time, but I will try to spend a little more time later.  Something very important struck me that I can never reiterate enough to ALL of you.

 IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR OTHERS TO DO OUR WORK FOR US!

IT IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR US TO PAY OTHERS TO DO THAT WORK FOR US!

 It is our obligation to share our insights with others and to expand our consciousnesses so that we can become aware of how powerful we truly are. The process that Lahoon is going to share with you is a very good process.  It will NOT work for everyone . . .  . .because it wasn't meant to work for everyone . . . because we are ALL unique.  BUT . . .it IS a process that I feel should be shared.  AND, just because the person who is teaching the process is the one who awakened to it, does not mean he is any more spiritually evolved . . . any better a healing facilitator, any higher  a vibrational being than you ARE . . . . He is simply on his own unique path.  And that path led him to this specific process.

 There are a thousand different processes for healing, balancing and wholing as there are Light Bearer and Light Servers. AND . . . what resonates with one may not resonate with another . . . . ALSO . . . no matter what process is shared with you . . . . you do NOT have to do it exactly as shared if your higher Consciousness awakens to any changes that you feel would be appropriate.

 Now, I am sure that Lahoon will give you the website as well . . .just remember . . . you don't have to pay thousands of dollars to learn what he has to teach . . . . . You are WAY past that NOW.  ALL you have to do is . . . "BE" and open up to ALL that comes to you at this time.  Okay . . . Lahoon . . . it's all yours.

 Lahoon: It was by chance that I saw Dr. Zhi Gang Sha's book called "Power Healing: The Four Keys" and I bought it last week.

 Dr Sha is a Chinese medical doctor but since his childhood he has been on the path to enlightenment

 He teaches that self-healing can be achived only by you.    Dr. Sha teaches you how to self-heal and develop your own self-healing power using the Four Power Techniques:    Body Power   Sound Power   Mind Power   Soul Power

 In body power you use Near hand and Far hand technique

 Far hands create low density energy

Near hands high density energy

You put your far hand in front of your lower abdomen.  This is your  Dan Dien.  You put the near hand to the painful area, far hand in the Dan Dien

 Your near hand must be (sorry, I accidentally deleted the numbers.  Hopefully Lahoon will give them to US again)  ? away from the hurting area (? inches  I think) with your fingers pointing to the area.

 Your far hand on the other hand must be farther from your lower abdomen ? inch (I use the metric system so I am guessing here)

 You hold your hand ? minutes like this

 Then you bring in the Sound Power.

 The Chinese have given numbers to each organ in the body and they chant these to vibrate the organs and cells in harmony with each other

 The basic and most powerful sound is WENG AR HONG

Weng is pronounced as WONG and vibrates  to the head

AR resonates with the cellular vibration in the chest . . . your heart center

HONG vibrates with the lower abdomen.

You put the tip of your tongue at the upper part of your mouth and chant  two times.

 These are the major organs that will be vibrated

 The Third power is Mind Power

While you chant you visualize light:

With Weng you visualize red light; With AR white light; with Hong blue light

 Then comes Soul Power.  Sha says Soul is the real boss in self-healing.   So he has this order: Soul, mind, body.   If mind and soul are in harmony your life is in harmony he says.   He states that in Soul Power you talk to the hurting area, for example if it is your back you say "ear Soul of my back, I love you.  Please heal yourself."   Then do the weng-ar-hong mantra again

 Afterwards you repeat "thank you" 3 times: hao hao hao or in your native language.

 You thank the Masters/Angels/Healing higher dimensional beings who have assisted you first thank you goes to them.  second thank you goes to your higher self (soul) . . . third thank you goes to your body and all of its organs and cells for vibrating in harmony

The other mantras and sounds are in the book for each illness and organ
